When you lead people you act and behave in certain ways. How do you tell people what to do, how do you make decisions, how do you impart information; all of these transactions will be a reflection of your leadership style. Your leadership style will have a significant effect on many outcomes. In fact, many of the leadership challenges you face will arise from either your action or your inaction (ie what you do and what you don’t do). By the end of this three hour workshop you will have learnt to identify your preferred leadership style, the consequences of that style and how to choose a style that is appropriate to a number of workplace situations. Participants will come away with checklist of common workplace situations and the leadership style required to maximise outcomes.
